On the orders of the Supreme Court, Atiq Ahmed, who is lodged in Sabarmati Jail, will be framed in the Anti-Corruption Special Court in Lucknow today. Atiq Ahmed, who has been lodged in Sabarmati Jail in Gujarat for the last two years, has his first appearance after Corona. Along with Atiq Ahmed, his brother Ashraf has also reached the court in this.
The murder took place on January 25 in 2005.

In the seat next to Raju Pal, who was driving the Qualis, was his friend’s wife Rukhsana, who was put in the car by Raju near Chaufatka. Apart from this, Sandeep Yadav and Devi Lal were also sitting behind in the car along with Raju. Both the vehicles had reached Sulamsarai GT Road in front of Amitdeep Motors when a car came in front of Raju Pal’s car.
In a filmy fashion, a vehicle suddenly surfaced, when a bullet hit Raju Pal’s chest while tearing the front glass. In an instant, five armed men came out of the vehicle in front and started firing.

Shooting took place in film style
Three men were hurling bullets at Raju’s car, while two attackers opened fire on the rear Scorpio. Seeing the rain of bullets in broad daylight, the people present at the spot ran to the other side to escape, while the people who were a short distance away ran towards the vehicles.
In between, the attackers fled. After this, apart from the police force from Dhumanganj police station, many officers reached the spot. Raju Pal was taken to the hospital in an auto, where doctors declared Raju Pal brought dead.
