Since the formation of the Grand Alliance government in Bihar, there is constant rhetoric. Meanwhile, Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has made a special appeal to all the ministers of RJD quota. Tejashwi has told in 6 points what the ministers have to do and what not to do.

He has said that the RJD ministers should not touch the feet of an older worker or supporter or other person. Proof by folded hands. At the same time, he has told his party ministers that he will not buy a new car. Encourage the exchange of copy-pens instead of bouquets at the reception.

Tejashwi has asked to follow these six rules

1. Ministers made from the quota of Rashtriya Janata Dal in the government will not buy any new vehicle for themselves in the department.

2. Rashtriya Janata Dal ministers will not allow workers, supporters or any other person older than him to touch his feet. Will promote the tradition of salutation, namaste or adab with folded hands for courtesy and greeting.

3. Appealed to all ministers that they should have a gentle and courteous treatment with everyone. Also, the conversation should be positive. While dealing with simplicity, will help the poor and needy people of all caste/religion on priority basis.

4. Instead of giving and giving bouquets/bouquets as a gift, we will encourage the transaction of book-pen.

5. Will promote the working style of honesty, transparency, promptness and quick action under the leadership of the Chief Minister in all departmental works.

6. All the ministers, the Chief Minister of Bihar and their subordinate departments, work plans and development works will be continuously promoted on social media so that the public can get information about your every work, and no wrong message is sent.

Cases are going on against 23 ministers, 15 in RJD and 4 in JDU.

In CM Nitish’s cabinet, 72 percent of the ministers have criminal cases registered. According to the new report of ADR, there are 23 out of 33 cabinet ministers who are facing cases. Of these, 17 (53 per cent) are those who have declared serious criminal cases. 84 percent ministers in the cabinet are crorepatis and the average assets of ministers are Rs 5.82 crore.

Out of 17 ministers of RJD, 15 cases are going on. At the same time, only 4 out of 11 of JDU have criminal cases registered. There are 11 cases registered against Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav. At the same time, the maximum number of cases on behalf of JDU is registered against Minister of Minority Department Jama Khan. There are three cases registered against them, while Sanjay Jha and Madan Sahni have two cases each. At the same time, 9 out of 11 ministers of JDU are crorepatis. Talking about RJD, 16 out of 17 ministers are crorepatis.

IPC section 188 has been imposed on the social welfare minister Madan Sahni in the cases registered at Bahadurpur police station and Ghanshyampur police station. This is a section for obstructing government service. Minority Minister Jama Khan has 2 cases registered in Bhabua police station and one case is registered in Chainpur police station. Section 307 and Section 27 are also registered on this minister of Nitish Kumar. Section 307 is imposed for attempt to kill. At the same time, Section 27 is imposed under the Arms Act. Sanjay Kumar Jha has 2 cases registered against him. There is a case registered against him for distributing money during the election in Darbhanga. At the same time, a case has been registered in Lahariya Sarai for obstructing government work.
