According to the official notice, the CA Foundation course exam will be conducted by the institute in the month of June from June 20 to 26, 2024
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has issued the ICAI CA May-June Exam 2024 date sheet. Candidates who are planning to appear for the next Chartered Accountants Foundation, Intermediate and Final Examinations can visit the official website of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at icai.organd check the timetable.
According to the official notice, the CA Foundation course exam will be conducted by the institute in the month of June. The dates are as follows: June 20, June 22, June 24, and June 26, 2024. In addition to that, the notification stated that the Foundation Paper 1 and 2 exams will take place for a duration of 3 hours, from 2 PM to 5 PM, whereas Papers 3 and 4 will be conducted for 2 hours, from 2 pm to 4 pm.
For the CA Intermediate course, the institute has set the dates for the Group 1 exam on May 3, May 5, and May 7, 2024. Moreover, the Group 2 exam will be held on May 9, May 11, and May 13, 2024. The timings for all Intermediate papers will remain the same, i.e., 2 PM to 5 PM.
The CA final course examination for Group 1 is scheduled to be conducted on May 2, May 4, and May 6, 2024, while the Group 2 examination will be held on May 8, May 10, and May 12, 2024. Talking about the exam timings, papers 1 to 5 of the final course will take place from 2 PM to 5 PM, and Paper 6 will be conducted for 4 hours; it will start at 2 PM and culminate at 6 PM.
The institute further states that in Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation examination and all papers of the Post Qualification Course examination, there will not be any advance reading time, whereas, in all other papers, an advance reading time of 15 minutes will be given, i.e., from 1.45 PM to 2 PM.
International Taxation: The assessment test is scheduled to be conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on May 10 and May 12, 2024. It is to be noted that all papers on International Taxation (INTT-AT) will be held for 4 hours from 2 PM to 6 PM.
