Sonam Wangchuk, spokesperson of the Ladakh Buddhist Association (LBA), said- During the last nine years, PM Modi has taken several important initiatives to develop Buddhist centers in Ladakh and other parts of the country. His focus has been on the development of places associated with Lord Buddha, especially the development work done for the Buddhist Circuit.
