The victim minor told that he had gone to the shop to buy pan masala. Meanwhile, shopkeeper Moti Shah accused him of stealing chocolates, tied his hands and legs with a rope and started pouring water from the water pressure machine. In between, he kept hitting with a stick as well. There were many people around, but everyone kept watching.

The victim said that the head of the panchayat, Dilip Singh, was also present there. Instead of saving it, he kept saying repeatedly to take out the kidney and sell it. The police freed me from the clutches of the shopkeeper and took me to the police station. Then after some time we were sent home. Then at around 1 am the police came to our house and took us to the police station. Where the thumb impression was taken on the written complaint from the police.

Tell that someone from the villagers informed the police about this. On reaching the spot, the police rescued him and took him to the hospital. After treatment, the police dropped the child home.

SP Vinay Tiwari told that Singhia police station was ordered to take immediate action as soon as the matter came to notice. While taking action in this matter, the Singhia police station president has arrested Mahe village grocery businessman Moti Sahu and son Amardeep Kumar and sent them to judicial custody.
