A video surfaced of Lord of the Drinks resto-bar in Noida’s Garden Galleria mall, in which a remixed clip of Ramanand Sagar’s TV show Ramayan was being played with music at a drinks party.

As soon as the video went viral on social media, the Noida Police itself registered an FIR in the matter. After this, the police arrested the co-owner and its manager of Lord of Drinks bar in Garden Galleria.

Sri Ram-Ravana war scene used
In the video which went viral, some people are seen dancing and singing. Behind them, the scene of the Shri Ram-Ravana war from the Ramayana show is visible on the big screen. Later, the dialogues of both are being played forward-backward, along with fast music is also playing.

According to DCP Noida Shakti Awasthi, taking action on the matter, an FIR was registered at Sector 39 police station. After this, co-owner Manak Aggarwal and manager Abhishek Soni have been arrested, while the DJ is currently in Chennai.

All three have been booked under IPC sections 153A (act likely to disturb the harmony or public peace) and 295 (desecrating or damaging a place of worship with intent to insult the religion of any class).

Sharing the video clip on Twitter, a user tagged UP Police as well as Noida Police. Also wrote that this video is being played openly in Noida and Hinduism is being made fun of. Immediate action should be taken on this, otherwise if vandalism happens, they (resto-bars) will be responsible for it.
