His father, who hailed from a low-income household, worked for the Indian Railways as a blacksmith. Utkarsh earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Ahmedabad’s prestigious St. Xavier’s College, as well as his LLB from Gujarat University, allowing him to pursue his Master’s degree (LLM) in criminology.

Utkarsh Dave has always helped those in need throughout his incredible career. He claims, “I have no plans to enter politics for whatever reason. I wish to assist my country and its people in any way I can. After all, I believe in giving back to society and making sure that everyone is treated fairly and without bias.” Philanthropist Utkarsh Dave has organized several donation and distribution projects for the disadvantaged.

Utkarsh Dave works with a non-profit organization called ‘NoHelpTooBig’ on his charity endeavors. The primary goal of this NGO is to raise awareness about supporting people and urge them to contribute to the development and sustainability of the country. “There is no such thing as a minor or major contribution. What is most important is a willingness to give.” He went on to say that Utkarsh Dave came from humble beginnings and has made it his mission to encourage thousands of others to follow in his footsteps of honesty and truth.
