Regarding this, BJP’s state head Ashwani Sharma said that a complaint has also been sent to the Election Commission and DC of Jalandhar in this regard.

Congress candidate Karmjit Kaur Chowdhary sent its complaint to the Election Commission. After this the police swung into action. Now by making announcements in the entire district, ultimatum is being given to the outsiders to leave the district. Police is saying that strict action will be taken against them if they do not leave the district.
