The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will conclude the online application process for the Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test (TS PECET) 2024 today, May 25. Candidates can apply for the TS PECET 2024 exam without a late fee by visiting the official website at pecet.tsche.ac.in. Meanwhile, the deadline to submit the application forms with a late fee of Rs 500 is May 31.

According to the schedule, the Physical and Skill Test will begin on June 10 and end on June 13 at Satavahana University, Karimnagar. Candidates who successfully register for the TS PECET 2024 exam will be able to download their hall tickets from June 5.

TS PECET 2024: Steps to Apply

Step 1: Go to the official website at pecet.tsche.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the “Application Fee Payment” link.

Step 3: Then fill out the details asked and pay the application fee.

Step 4: Upload the documents asked, if required.

Step 5: Preview the TS PECET 2024 application form and submit it.

TS PECET 2024: Application Fee

Candidates from the SC/ ST category must pay an application fee of Rs 500, whereas Rs 900 is relevant to other category applicants.

The TS PECET 2024 exam will be held for students seeking admission to Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) and Diploma in Physical Education (DPEd) programmes provided by Telangana universities and affiliated colleges in the academic year 2024-25.

During the physical efficiency assessments, each event listed below will carry a maximum of 100 points or marks. The marks granted are based on conversion tables accepted by the TS PECET committee.

For women – 100 m run, 400 m run, Putting the shot (4 kgs) and long jump, high jump.

For men – 100 m run, 800 m run, Putting the shot (6 Kgs), long jump, high jump.

“Pregnant Women are not permitted to appear for these tough physical efficiency tests,” read an official notice.
