Microsoft has officially launched Windows 11– its next big operating system for PC. While Microsoft has not announced any specific date of availability windows 11 Nevertheless, it is expected to be available for download later this year when PCs with the Windows 11 operating system officially start sales.
Microsoft will offer Windows 11 as a free upgrade. If you have a Windows 10 laptop or desktop, chances are that your device will get Windows 11 for free. Microsoft will distribute Windows 11 the same way it did with Windows 10 which was launched five years ago. However, your PC needs to meet the minimum hardware requirements which include 4GB of RAM, 64GB of free storage space, and a 64-bit processor.
The hardware requirements are very low and most Windows 10 users will be eligible for the free upgrade.
The new Windows 11 operating system from Microsoft has a brand new design and many new features. There is a new Start menu and Microsoft has also revamped the Start button. Both the Start menu and buttons are now centered on the taskbar. There is also a feature in the Start Menu that we last saw in Windows 8 – Live Tiles. Windows 11 also brings support for Android Apps with Auto HDR for better gaming experience.
