Three accused in the murder of gangster Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf have been sent to Naini Central Jail in judicial custody for 14 days. Their names are Lavlesh Tiwari, Sunny and Arun Maurya. Atiq’s son Ali is also imprisoned in Naini jail. A case has been registered against him for demanding extortion of 5 crores. Ali surrendered on July 30 last year.

The UP government has constituted a three-member judicial inquiry commission to probe the murder. This commission will submit the inquiry report within 2 months. Retired Justice of Allahabad High Court Arvind Kumar Tripathi will lead. Retired DGP Subesh Singh, retired District Court Justice Brijesh Kumar Soni have also been included in this.

On the other hand, CBI interrogated Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for 9.5 hours in the liquor policy case. After interrogation, Kejriwal said that he answered all the questions asked by the CBI. We don’t have anything to hide. This entire alleged liquor scam is a lie, fake and motivated by dirty politics.

1. The dead bodies of Atiq-Ashraf were buried, both the younger sons reached the cemetery from the juvenile home.

On the other hand, after the postmortem, the dead bodies of Atiq and Ashraf were buried at the Kasari-Masari cemetery in Prayagraj. Atiq’s brother-in-law and two relatives had brought the dead bodies of both. Atiq’s two younger sons were brought from the child reform home. The graves of both were excavated near the grave of Atiq’s son Asad. Ashraf’s daughter and wife Zainab were also present at the cemetery.

Only selected relatives were allowed into the cemetery. Everyone was stopped about 300 meters away from the cemetery. Media persons were allowed to go till outside the cemetery. Although their names and mobile numbers were being noted. The force is deployed at various places in the entire city. Suhag returned alive after two years, vermilion filled with wife’s demand, dead family had performed last rites

Kamlesh of Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh was infected in the second wave of Corona. The family members got him treated in Indore. When he got well, the family returned to the village with him. After a few days, Kamlesh suddenly started gaining obesity along with blood clotting in his body. The doctors asked to refer him to Baroda in Gujarat. After this the family got him admitted to a private hospital in Baroda.

During treatment here, the doctors declared Kamlesh dead. On the information of the hospital, the family members reached there, but due to being a corona positive body, they were kept away. The body was wrapped in polythene, so the family could not test it properly and returned to the village after getting the last rites done by the Covid team in Baroda itself.
