Both were in judicial custody since January 9, 2022. Omkareshwar was arrested only after the revelations of Neeraj Bishnoi. The prosecution opposed his bail saying that the investigation is on and the forensic report in the case is awaited. After getting bail, both can threaten the witnesses and tamper with the evidence.
