Mahathug Sanjay Rai Sherpuria has been arrested by STF. Sherpuria is involved in a Rs 6 crore deal with Delhi’s big industrialist Gaurav Dalmiya. Sanjay had taken the contract to get the industrialist’s case cleared by the Central Investigation Agency. Sanjay Rai used to live in Delhi. But had started living in Ghazipur for some years. He has been a big businessman in Gujarat. Sherpuria is a defaulter of State Bank of India. Sanjay and his wife Kanchan Prakash Rai are accused of defrauding SBI to the tune of 350 crores through their company.

Not only this, the Prime Minister of the country has cheated the people of crores by showing his influence even to the judge. On social media, he used to claim himself as the director of many companies and close to many ministers. He used to claim to get ticket, contract and post from MLA to MP.

Trapped in a 6 crore deal with industrialist Gaurav Dalmiya
According to the STF, after receiving inputs from the Intelligence, the Central Investigation Agency and the Noida STF arrested Sanjay from Kanpur for questioning after investigation. According to STF sources, Sanjay is running a gang of frauds in UP, Delhi and Gujarat. It was through him that he came in contact with industrialist Gaurav Dalmiya.

Sanjay strikes a deal with Gaurav for six crores. This amount was taken on 21 and 23 January. This thing has come to light in the investigation of his bank account. This amount was taken in the account of Sanjay’s Youth Rural Entrepreneur Foundation. After this LIU, STF started collecting information about Sanjay’s other accounts and office.

Similarly, a contractor from Ghazipur, A. Two and a half crores were recovered in the name of getting Ahmed the mining contract. At the same time, Sanjay Prakash Rai has also been said to be involved in money laundering, hawala and tax evasion. STF is probing it.

Sanjay has made his ID with different names
According to STF, Sanjay Prakash Rai was originally living on Safdarganj Road in Delhi. He has also previously been the director of Kandla Energy and Chemical Limited Company. After the company was declared a defaulter by the bank, he started living in Ghazipur district of UP. Sanjay had opened many companies by creating many IDs with different names. Many leaders and businessmen had complained to STF about the fraud of Sanjay Prakash Rai.

On the basis of this, he was caught at Kanpur railway station while going from Delhi to Ghazipur. He had reached Kanpur by Suheldev Express. Three Aadhaar cards and one voter card were found from him. Sanjay Prakash Baleshwar Rai, address Gurugram was written on one Aadhaar card and Sanjay Sherpuria, address Central Delhi was written on the other. Sanjay Prakash Rai, address Mohammadabad, Ghazipur was written on the voter card and Kanchan Sanjay Prakash Rai wife Sanjay Prakash Rai on the other voter card.
