Coimbatore: A Sri Lanka A Tamil refugee was booked for the murder of his wife in Coimbatore on Monday night.

Kavita often used to talk to some people on the phone. Lavendran did not like this habit and advised him to focus on the lives of children.

Nagarajan had gone to meet his friend in Gandhima Nagar at around 10 pm on Monday. He heard noise from Kavita’s house. She was sounding the alarm. Nagarajan reached home and saw Kavita being attacked by her husband with a cricket bat. He died on the spot and Lavendran managed to escape from there.
