Swamiji told that he gets up every morning at 3 am. Routine starts with yoga and pranayama. Swamiji tells that since he regained consciousness, he has not slept in the afternoon. He has been doing yoga since adolescence. Insomnia and depression go away by doing yoga and by doing pranayama one does not even have to take medicine. The medicine destroys your body. My body is not sick and I have never been sick. Youth should do yoga and should know the importance of yoga.

Swamiji told that he wakes up in the morning and washes his eyes with cold water. After completing the daily tasks, chanting the Gurumantra, do yoga for one hour. Which includes many types of yoga. In this, Swamiji mainly does Sarvangasana, Pawan Muktasana, Ardha Chandrasana, Free Hand, Vajrasana, Eye and Neck Yoga. After doing yoga, Swamiji reads Chandi Path, Durga Path, Ramayana and Mahabharata.

Swamiji’s routine is completely fixed. He takes food at 1 pm, which consists of boiled vegetables and lentils without salt and oil. Every day at 8 o’clock in the evening take a bath. After eating porridge made of barley, potato smoothie and boiled vegetables, they go to sleep till 9 o’clock in the night.
