BJP has released another video of Satyendar Jain lodged in Tihar Jail on Sunday. BJP leader Harish Khurana shared this video on his Twitter handle. He wrote – Kejriwal ke Laat Saheb ke Thaath. 10 employees serve him in the jail.

Jain did not get bail for 5 months
The Enforcement Directorate arrested Satyendar Jain, a minister in the Delhi government, on 31 May 2022 on charges of money laundering. Since then Jain is lodged in Tihar. He has applied for bail, but he has not been granted bail even once in 5 months.
Satyendar Jain’s plea seeking special food in jail rejected
Earlier, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday rejected the application of Satyendar Jain, in which special food was demanded in the jail. Jain demanded dry fruits and fruits in the jail. While passing the order, the Court observed that Tihar Jail records prima facie show that Jail authorities were giving preferential treatment to Satyendar Jain by providing fruits and vegetables being a minister in the Delhi Government. The officials also violated the Jail Rules (DPR 2018) for the same.

CBI court denied bail to Jain in money laundering case
