Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge.

Why is Modi the surname of all thieves…’ In a defamation case related to this statement, Rahul Gandhi has lost his membership of the Lok Sabha. After Rahul, now Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge is also embroiled in a similar defamation case for calling Bajrang Dal anti-national forces.

Punjab’s Sangrur court has issued summons to him on Monday in a defamation case worth Rs 100 crore. The court of Sangrur Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ramandeep Kaur has ordered Kharge to appear before the court on July 10. The court has given this order on the petition of Hitesh Bhardwaj, founder of Hindu Security Council and Bajrang Dal Hind.

Petitioner’s allegation- comparing Bajrang Dal with PFI
In the petition filed in the court, Hitesh Bhardwaj said that during the Karnataka assembly elections, Mallikarjun Kharge compared Bajrang Dal with anti-national forces. According to Hitesh, Kharge had said that whenever the Congress government comes, Bajrang Dal and other anti-national organizations like it spread hatred in the society.

Bhardwaj said, ‘When I saw that on page number 10 of the manifesto, the Congress compared Bajrang Dal to anti-national organizations and promised to ban it if it won the election. After this I approached the court.

Congress promises to ban Bajrang Dal in Karnataka Manifesto
The Congress party released its manifesto on May 2, 7 days before the Karnataka assembly elections. In this, it was promised to ban organizations like PFI and Bajrang Dal. Bajrang Dal had demonstrated across the country regarding the promise of the Congress. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also recently mentioned this issue in meetings and rallies.

The issue of Bajrang Bali came up for discussion in the Karnataka assembly elections. Congress has promised to ban Bajrang Dal in its manifesto. However, the Congress won in Karnataka amidst the Bajrang Dal controversy. But the matter reached the court for defaming Bajrang Dal. VHP’s Chandigarh unit had also sent a legal notice to Congress President Kharge asking him to pay Rs 100 crore for defamation.

After Congress's promise, PM Narendra Modi had alleged that earlier he locked Shriram, now it is Bajrangbali's turn.

PM Modi also besieged the Congress
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also took a dig at the promise of ban on Bajrang Dal in the Congress manifesto. He said in Vijayanagar rally on May 2- It is my great fortune to bow down to this holy land of Hanuman ji and look at the misfortune, today when I have come here to bow down to Hanuman ji, at the same time the Congress party in its manifesto has mentioned Bajrangbali. It has been decided to lock it.

Earlier Shri Ram was locked up and now he has taken a pledge to lock up those who chant Jai Bajrangbali. It is the misfortune of the country that the Congress party used to face problems even with Lord Shri Ram and now it is also facing problems with those who say Jai Bajrangbali. The next day, he appealed that when you press the button in the polling booth, punish them (Congress) by chanting ‘Jai Bajrangbali’.
