Sahil had brutally murdered 16-year-old Sakshi in Shahbad Dairy area on Sunday evening. In the short postmortem report, 16 knife wounds have been found on the witness’s body. While his head was torn due to stone pelting.
Sahil was arrested on Monday itself from his relative’s house in Bulandshahr.
