New Delhi: The television star Rubina Dilaik and her husband Abhinav Shukla attended the wedding of former’s sister Rohini Dilaik in Chandigarh. She posted pictures from the mehendi and haldi ceremonies that take place before weddings.
Rubina chose a peach-colored outfit, while the bride-to-be wore an all-yellow set for the haldi ceremony. A family photo was also taken, featuring Rubina, her sister Rohini, her husband Abhinav, and her parents. Rubina posted pictures of her getting mehendi and haldi on Instagram with the caption,”And the memories forever begin.”
Jyotika and Rohini, Rubina’s sisters, also posted pictures and videos from the celebrations. In one of the videos, Rubina and her mother could be seen dancing to the sounds of dhol.
As Rubina and Abhinav held the “phoolon ki chadar” over her head in one of the videos Rohini posted on her Instagram Stories early on Thursday, she walked underneath it. Abhinav and Rubina danced while walking, the background music playing the song ‘Varah Roopam’ from the popular movie ‘Kantara’.
In a photo that Sarthak had posted from the wedding, Rohini was wearing a crimson sari. For the wedding, Rubina wore an orange dress.
Rubina’s sister Jyotika got married in 2021. Both Rubina and Abhinav shared photos from the wedding on social media.
On the work front, Rubina competed in the popular dance reality the show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10’ and the action reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’ after winning the fourteenth season of Salman Khan’s reality series ‘Bigg Boss’.
