Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal’s wedding festivities have begun and the gorgeous couple is treating their fans and followers with romantic snaps from their events. The couple hosted their Delhi cocktail and reception last night. The Gangs of Wasseypur actress looked every bit like an elegant bride in her custom-made Kresha Bajaj saree with the drape having a special meaning to the couple with Kresha and her team custom embroidered their love story onto it. Ali complemented his bride with a regal sherwani by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.
The couple hosted family and friends from across Delhi with about 300 guests in attendance. Richa donned jewellery which was custom made for her by an ancestral Bikaneri jeweller family. Both of them took to social media to share. their adorable photos. Richa wrote, “I hide YOU in my eyes “~ Rumi #RiAli blessed.”

A couple of days back, Richa and Ali jointly shared an audio statement in which the former said, “Two years ago we formalised our union and just then the pandemic hit us all. Like the rest of the nation, we too were struck by personal tragedies one after the other. And now, as we all enjoy this window of respite, we are finally celebrating with our families and friends and are so very touched and grateful for all the blessings that are coming our way. We offer you nothing but our love.”
They will be hosting a reception in Mumbai later, where many Bollywood and Hollywood stars are expected to be seen in attendance.
The couple is said to have been dating since 2015. They confirmed their relationship status in 2017 when the 3 Idiots actor posted a selfie with Richa Chadha on Instagram and captioned it, “Hai toh hai.” Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal shared screen space together in Fukrey and Fukrey Returns. They also made brief appearances in Netflix’s Call My Agent: Bollywood.
