This whole matter is related to Annapurna Colony of Jhansi. Shyam Sharan and Kanhaiya Lal, who live here, say that there are some vacant plots lying in the locality. There is a dry borewell in one of the plots, which was lying open for a long time. About 20 days ago, a dog had given birth to children near the same plot. The people of the colony had arranged for the puppy to stay in the plot itself.
On Tuesday, a puppy fell into a borewell. After getting trapped about 18 feet down, he started crying. When the children playing nearby reached there, they saw a puppy in the pit of the borewell. They ran away and told about it in their respective homes. Everyone gathered in the plot to save Puppy.
We sought help by calling several departments including Forest Department, Municipal Corporation. After some time, the employees of Municipal Corporation reached us with JCB. After this, rescue was started to remove the puppy.

When the puppy came out safely after 13 hours of rescue, people clicked photos.
Municipal Corporation’s JCB operator Sudhish Karosiya said, “On Tuesday evening, the city health officer was informed that Papi fell into the open borewell. I reached the spot with JCB at around 4 pm. There was a crowd and Papi’s sound inside the borewell.” It was coming from. We started the rescue. We dug a pit about 8 feet deep. It was estimated to dig another 10 feet. But after that the rock came and the JCB failed.
Municipal employees raised their hands after the machine failed. After this, the people of the colony also called plumbers for help. The plumber started the effort to pull out the puppy from the borewell by combining wire and rope. After a lot of effort, the child was taken out safely with the help of jugaad. Rescue went on for about 13 hours to save the child.
These children were the first to reach after hearing the crying of Puppy from the borewell.
People’s happiness knew no bounds after the puppy came out safely. Many people including the children of the colony Shashank Dubey, Manu Aggarwal also got photographs taken with the puppy. After this the puppy was released to its mother. Along with this, the borewell was also closed with the help of JCB.
