Ram Mandir To Create Up To 2 Lakh Jobs, Around Ayodhya: Betterplace

According to projections from the human capital management platform Betterplace, the opening of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya could create between 150,000 and 200,000 direct and indirect jobs in the temple town and its environs over the course of the next four to five years.

Professionals from a range of industries, including banking, construction, hotels, hospitality, food and drink, everyday necessities, personal hygiene goods, healthcare, and banking, anticipate a sharp increase in demand for labor as the area develops into a center for religious tourism. Betterplace’s expectations are predicated on an estimated 50 million visits per year in the upcoming years. An estimated 10,000–30,000 jobs will be created immediately, taking into account the 100,000–200,000 tourists that are predicted to visit over the course of the next six months.

The banking, culinary services, and consumer goods industries are preparing for heightened activity in Ayodhya, according to economists and employment market researchers, who see the city as a major hub for branding and marketing.
