Three of the four criminals who kidnapped and extorted Rs 33,891 from a cab driver through the payment app, PhonePe, were arrested on Saturday police said.The arrested criminals are identified as Neeraj Pal, Farid Alam and Firoz Ansari. Raids are on to arrest the fourth accused. .
