14 point memorandum handed over, 15 days given to fulfill the demands
The United Tyagi Swabhiman Morcha has submitted a 14-point memorandum to the DM. The panchayat has given 15 days to the administration to fulfill its demands.
These are the big demands…
- Gangster should be removed from Srikant.
- Their vehicles that were confiscated should be returned.
- The case against 6 boys should be ended.
- The policemen who took Anu Tyagi into custody should be suspended.
- The demolished construction outside the flat should be done again.
- MP Mahesh Sharma should be expelled from BJP.

Dr. Mahesh Sharma sought security
In view of the protests, BJP MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma demanded the security of himself and his home and hospital, where the force is stationed. People of Tyagi community have reached from Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar to the Mahapanchayat.
Lokendra Tyagi, who went to jail, narrated the message of Shrikant Tyagi in the Mahapanchayat. He said, “You must have seen a lot going from gangster to leader. Demand to file a case against MP Mahesh Sharma
Sunil Kumar, Delhi State President of Tyagi Samaj said, “We have voted for BJP till 283 from BJP’s 2 seats. So today we have every right to say. We want that all sections should be removed from Shrikant Tyagi and his associates.
MP Sharma has abused the Noida Police Commissioner, so there should be an FIR against the MP under the same sections. This time, MPs Sharma and Rajendra Agarwal will be made aware of their power in the elections.”

The ruckus started over molesting a woman
In the Grand Omaxe Society of Noida, Shrikant Tyagi had abused and indecently abused a woman named Anna Agarwal. After the video went viral, the Noida Police arrested Shrikant along with three associates from Meerut on August 9. The action of the police-administration did not stop here. After this, Gangster Act was imposed on Shrikant. 9 of his companions also went to jail.
The illegal encroachment outside Shrikant’s flat was also demolished by the Noida Authority. In this whole case, four cases were registered against Shrikant and his associates in the police station Phase-2 of Noida. At present, except Srikanth, his other accomplices are out on bail.
