In order to improve the government system, the Punjab government led by CM Bhagwant Mann has issued new instructions. In the order sent to the Treasury office, it has been said that now one employee will not stay in one seat for more than one year. At the same time, it has been clarified to the officers that they should raise all the objections at once in any file. In which it should also be clearly stated by referring to the rules.

New orders given to the Treasury office

  • Officers and employees reached the office on time. If someone is on leave, someone else should be posted in his place.
  • Which documents are required to be attached with the application, a notice board should be put up. The instructions issued by the department should also be on this notice board.
  • The duty rotation of the employees should be wise. This will also give experience to the employee and there will be no possibility of monopoly.
  • The counting of the eight and tickets available in the treasury should be put on the notice board daily.
  • Complaint boxes should be installed in the Treasury office. These should be checked daily and entered in the register. The complaint should be disposed of within a week.
  • The names, designations and mobile numbers of the officers should be entered on the notice board for lodging the complaint.
  • Be gentle with the general public, pensioners, senior citizens. Make arrangements for their seating. In case of any lapse, the concerned officers and employees will be responsible.
