Goat’s ear is part of the plastic surgery on the human body! Impossible

Goat body parts are used in human body plastic surgery. Surprising to hear, some doctors and researchers from RGK Medical College and West Bengal University of Zoology and Fisheries have done just that. Plastic surgery has been performed on the human body using goat ear cartilage. So far, 16 people have undergone the surgery and all of them are healthy. Many people have benefited from the hard work of medical researchers.

How to use goat ear cartilage?

Siddharth Joardar, head of the microbiology department at the West Bengal University of Zoology and Fisheries, said that people’s noses and ears are often damaged in accidents. In that case plastic surgery is being done with goat ear cartilage. This can be done if the processing and preservation of goat ear cartilage is done properly. Surgery has been performed on 16 patients. They were kept under observation for three years. After three years, all of them were found to be healthy without any side effects.

According to RG Tax Hospital sources, the cartilage in the goat’s ears was specially purified and stored in the laboratory of West Bengal University of Zoology and Fisheries using cell culture method. As a result of special processes, these cartilages do not have any difficulty in integrating into the human body. After preserving them there, the surgery was performed under the leadership of Rupnarayan Bhattacharya, Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery, Arjikar Medical College. It is learned that these physicians-researchers have received patents from the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India for successful processing and preservation of goat’s ear cartilage.
