The Haryana Police has registered a case against the Rajasthan Police in connection with the death of the unborn child of the wife of Shrikant Pandit, accused of burning alive two Muslim youths in Haryana. This information was given by Nuh SP Varun Singla. He said complaints had been received against 30 to 40 unidentified people. A case has been registered against all of them. The SP said that the cause of the child’s death would be known after the viscera report. After this further action will be taken.

Let us tell you that yesterday the postmortem of the dead body was done after 23 hours. On Sunday evening, the body of the child was taken out from the soil of the crematorium and taken to the hospital. It is alleged that the unborn child of his wife Kamlesh died due to beating of Rajasthan police personnel who entered his house in search of Shrikant. At the same time, the condition of Kamlesh, wife of accused Shrikant, also remains critical. He is admitted in the hospital of the medical college itself.

Haryana Women’s Commission President said – will complain to Amit Shah
On the other hand, Renu Bhatia, President of Haryana Women’s Commission, also reached Nuh yesterday. He met Kamlesh, the pregnant wife of the accused. She assured that after talking to State Home Minister Anil Vij about this vandalism, she will complain to Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

Police reprimanded for not being accompanied by female officers
Renu Bhatia said that there was no female police officer during the Rajasthan Police raid. Which is a big mistake by the Rajasthan Police. Renu Bhatia strongly reprimanded Ferozepur Jhirka’s DSP Satish Kumar in this matter. On the other hand, Renu Bhatia told the victim woman that the Commission is with you.

There will be no laxity in treatment. The commission is very sad for the child who did not live in this world. At the same time, the victim woman Kamlesh became emotional during this and tears started coming from her eyes.

Postmortem could be done after 23 hours
Following pressure from Hindu organisations, the body of the newborn child was taken out by the police from the crematorium on Sunday evening. During this, the police and the hospital staff were also accused of disrespecting the child’s body. The postmortem of the dead body was to be held at District Civil Hospital Mandikheda at 10 am on Monday, but the postmortem took place after 7 hours at 5 pm. Relatives say that the police adopted a lax attitude in the morning and after that the staff of Nalhar Medical College delayed sending the papers. Because of this, the postmortem could be done 23 hours after being removed from the crematorium.

Hindu organizations also came forward
Hindu organizations have also now come forward openly in the whole matter. Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s National General Secretary Dr. Surendra Jain met the family of cow protector Shrikant on Sunday and expressed grief over the murder of the child. They demand that a case of murder should be registered against the Rajasthan policemen who barged into Shrikant’s house and assaulted his wife.
