The land of Himachal is repeatedly shaking due to the tremors of earthquakes. Earthquakes occurred not once, but twice on the border of Dharamshala and Chamba on Saturday morning. For the first time, 2 to 3 tremors were felt at 5.10 am. Its intensity was measured at 2.80 on the reactor scale.

For the second time at 5.17 pm, 3 to 4 earthquake tremors were felt. Its intensity was estimated to be 3.20 more than the first earthquake. Its center has been the Dhauladar hills adjoining Dharamshala and the border area of ​​Chamba district.

Tremors felt in many villages
The epicenter of the first earthquake was also the area under the hills of Dhauladhar, RF Inner Groen. Tremors of the earthquake were felt in several villages around Chamba and Kangra districts. It is being told that some people came out of their homes after these tremors.

It is a matter of honor that there was no loss of life in this, but people are scared due to repeated tremors of earthquakes in the state. Let us inform that some areas of Himachal’s Kangra, Shimla, Kinnaur, Lahaul Spiti fall in the very sensitive Seismic Zone 5 from the point of view of earthquake.
