Police have arrested five miscreants posing as traffic policemen in the North-Eastern district to extort money from the drivers. The arrested accused have been identified as Tekchand, Feru, resident of Ganga Vihar, Delhi, Devendra Kumar, resident of Bulandshahr, Shyam Thakur and Sunil Kumar, resident of Loni.
