Delhi High Court Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma had suspended the judge of the viral video after the video went viral.

The Delhi High Court issued an order late on Wednesday night. In this, instructions have been given to prevent a video from going viral on social media. The video is of a Rouse Avenue court judge. Who is seen in an objectionable condition with a woman in his cabin. This woman is said to be working in his staff.

Issuing the order, Justice Yashwant Verma said that the video is likely to cause irreparable damage to the right to privacy of individuals. So it should be stopped from spreading. However, the judge was suspended even before this order.

The appellant said – the video is fabricated
The petition to stop the video from going viral has been made by the woman seen in the video. The woman says that the video is fabricated. At the same time, it was revealed from the time stamp that this video is from March 2022. It is being said in the reports that the video has been recorded in the CCTV camera installed there.

The District Sessions Court has also directed to take action against the woman. A committee is being formed to investigate the matter.
