In the Kerala vs. Mumbai clash, skipper Sanju Samson’s 70-ball 50 showcased his promising form. Following a disappointing Syed Mushtaq Ali season, Samson aims for a strong showing in this tournament and also a good IPL season in the coming days to regain attention. Kerala, however, were dismissed for 231 with Mohit Awasthi securing a four-wicket haul.
Sai Sudharsan’s impressive 125 guided Tamil Nadu to a total of 296 against Goa in Group E, while Harshal Patel-led Haryana bowled out Bihar for 112 in Group C.
