A fire broke out at a chemical factory in Boisar Tarapur Industrial Area of Palghar, Maharashtra. Five fire tenders are present at the spot. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. There is no news of anyone getting injured in the fire.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation on Monday informed that the HUDA City Center metro station in Gurugram will be renamed Gurugram City Centre. Shortly after this, the DMRC announced that it would now be renamed the Millennium City Centre.
Boat capsizes during race in Kerala’s Alappuzha, 25 women drown; all hospitalized
A boat capsized during a boat race in Kerala’s Alappuzha on Monday. There were 25 women on board, who drowned in the water. All the women have been rescued and admitted to the hospital.
