When the benefits of government schemes do not reach the needy or say that they do not reach on time, then we curse the government. It is the responsibility of the government, but what about those employees who keep gossiping while looking at the way of retirement and the pile of files keeps on increasing and increasing. Good and public interest schemes also die in these files instead of reaching the people on time. The massive budget of the plan either lapses or the bureaucracy disperses it.

The Uttar Pradesh government has recently passed an order in which it is clear that compulsory retirement will be given to disabled employees above 50 years of age. There is no enmity with senior employees here. Their experience can move things forward at twice the speed. The problem is with incompetent or careless employees. If these are not sent, then how will new people, youth get opportunities? And if the fear of compulsory retirement invigorates these senior employees, it will be icing on the cake. Nothing can be better for the country than this.

It has been seen many times that good plans are closed before reaching the people. People blame the government for that and the government also in a way closes that good plan as a failure forever. But this is one side of the coin. No one wants to see the other side, nor would the government give such an opportunity to anyone. Because the government has no such mechanism. In fact, it is a result of the mentality of the government employees to keep the files piled up.

At least four-five tables will be turned around as soon as you go to the government bank. Bring this paper. Bring that. So lunch time. Come tomorrow Your whole day will be spent in this.

…and you’ll find this mindset everywhere. You reach to open an account in a government and a private bank. The difference will be known by itself. At least four-five tables will be turned around as soon as you go to the government bank. Go there. From there it will be said not here, go there. Bring this paper. Bring that. So lunch time. Come tomorrow Your whole day will be spent in this. Ask for work from what you see in front of the private bank. There all your work will be done.

Same is the case with government offices. Such babu has not come today. The file is in his cupboard. Come tomorrow If you go tomorrow, the one who told you something yesterday disappears. Files are files, man also keeps on wandering. Dust starts to build up on that too, but this government pattern does not sweat! The treatment is the same – the basis for the continuance of government employees should also be their performance. Then the situation will improve.
