Bank Holiday declared for next 3 days in these cities; All you need to know

New Delhi: You should complete all your important work related to the bank today because the bank will be closed for the next 2 days. Banks will remain closed in Jammu and Srinagar for the next 3 days from today. Banks will remain closed on June 30 in Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram in the North-East.

The country’s top bank Reserve Bank of India releases the list of holidays every month for all the banks in the country. This information has been given so that the bank account holders do not face any problem.

June 26 is the fourth Saturday of this month and thus it will be a bank holiday across the country, while the next day being a Sunday, all banks will remain closed.

Holiday in Jammu and Srinagar banks today

Banks are closed in Jammu and Srinagar today on the occasion of Guru Hargobind’s birth anniversary. Banks in Mizoram, including the capital Aizawl, will remain closed on Wednesday, June 30, as the day is observed as a regional public holiday ‘Remna Ni’. On June 28 and 29, all banks in the country will remain open so that customers can complete all their important work.

  • June 25 – Birth anniversary of Guru Hargobind (Jammu and Srinagar Banks closed)
  • 26 June – Fourth Saturday of the month (All banks closed)
  • 27 June – Sunday (All banks closed)
  • 30 June – Ramna Nee (Banks closed in Aizawl, Mizoram)
