Attempted gangrape of a foreign teacher in a moving bus: In Purnia, she jumped from the window, people found her on the side of the road; serious condition

An attempt was made to gangrape a teacher (35) in a moving bus in Purnia on Tuesday night. Inside the bus, 6 youths first did obscene acts with her. In a short while those boys started trying to rape. To save herself, the woman jumped from the window of the moving bus. People found her in critical condition on the roadside at 6 am. The woman is a resident of Nepal.

On the information of the people, the police admitted him to the hospital in critical condition. The woman told that when she shouted for help, the driver increased the speed instead of stopping the bus.

After this, she did not understand anything, so she jumped from the window of the bus. The girl was going to Siliguri by bus from Vaishali at 6 pm. She was the only female passenger in the bus. Kanchenjunga was written on the bus.

The incident took place at around 3 pm near the checkpost of Baisi police station area of ​​Purnia. The police took the woman to the Medical College Hospital, Purnia. Presently he is undergoing treatment there. Dr. Pawan Chaudhary of the Medical College told that his condition remains critical. There is a serious head injury.

The injured woman is a resident of Dokendas in Darjeeling. She teaches in a private school in Siliguri. She is a citizen of Nepal and speaking only in Nepali language.

The woman narrated her ordeal to the police

I had come to Bihar from Siliguri with some of my friends. From here I came to Vaishali. On Tuesday night alone, she had boarded a West Bengal number bus from Vaishali to Siliguri. About half a dozen people boarding the bus at night first molested me, when I protested, they tried to gangrape me. I raised my voice on this, but the driver increased the speed of the bus. I jumped down from the window of the moving bus to escape.

The girl’s family members reached the Medical College Hospital on Wednesday afternoon. He told that she had gone to Vaishali for some work. Last night she told on phone that she had left the bus in Vaishali. No one knows what happened after that.

Purnia SP Amir Javed said that the police found a woman lying on the road in an injured condition after midnight on Tuesday. She said that she was traveling in a bus from Vaishali to Siliguri when some people tried to harass her, to save herself she jumped from the moving bus. The woman has been shifted to the hospital.
