Candidates can apply for the AP ICET 2024 at apsche.ap.gov.in until April 7 without a late fee. The AP ICET will be held on May 6 and May 7 this year

The AP Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) 2024 registration window officially began today, March 6, 2024, with the announcement of the official notification by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Candidates can complete the application process on the APSCHE’s official website at apsche.ap.gov.in, without a late fee until April 7.

Those who are seeking admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) courses can register for the AP ICET 2024. The MBA and MCA programmes are offered by state management institutes.

The Council recently released the AP ICET 2024 exam schedule. As per the timetable, the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test will be held on May 6 and May 7 this year. The exam will be conducted in two shifts in online mode for 150 minutes (2.5 hours). The first shift is from 9 am to 11:30 am and the second shift is scheduled from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. The AP ICET 2024 will be administered for a total of 200 marks.

AP ICET 2024: Steps To Apply

Step 1: Go to APSCHE’s official website at apsche.ap.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the AP ICET 2024 registration link, once activated.

Step 3: As a new window opens, candidates need to register themselves.

Step 4: Once registered, log in again with the new credentials generated.

Step 5: Fill out the application form, and upload the mentioned documents.

Step 6: Finally, pay the essential application fee in online mode.

Step 7: Cross-check all the details and submit the form as directed.

AP ICET 2024: Application Fee

To apply for the AP ICET 2024 exam, candidates from the open or general (OC) category must pay Rs 650, while those from the backward class (BC) category have to pay Rs 600. Meanwhile, candidates belonging to the Schedule Caste (SC) and Schedule Tribe (ST) categories need to pay a fee of Rs 550.

The Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Exam paper will include sections like Analytical Ability, Communication Ability, and Mathematical Ability for a total of 200 questions. A short notification about the exam schedule and registration process was released in a newspaper on March 3, 2024, as per Times Now. However, the University will issue a detailed notice on the main website.

The Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET ) is conducted annually by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur on behalf of the APSCHE. Every year more than 1,00,000 candidates appear for the common entrance exam and about 40,000 qualify.
