The Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) has begun the 2023 counselling process. The AP ICET application form can be filled out online on the official website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The official notification read as, “Qualified and eligible candidates of AP ICET-2023 are informed to participate in web counseling for the seats available in universities and colleges in MBA and MCA programs in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2023-24.”
Here are the steps students can follow to register for AP ICET 2023 Counselling:-
Step 1: Visit the official website — cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the link that mentions counselling registration link on the webpage
Step 3: Enter your log in credentials
Step 4: Fill in the form. Re-verify the details before submitting.
Step 5: Download and save the AP ICET form for future reference
The AP ICET application form will conclude on September 14. While the verification of the documents and certificates will be completed till September 16, 2023. Other schedule includes:
Exercising of Web Options — Sept 19 to 21
Change of Web Options — Sept 22
Allotment of seats for first phase counselling — Sept 25
Reporting to colleges after first phase counselling — Sept 26
Commencement of academic session — Sept 27
AP ICET COUNSELLING 2023: APPLICATION FEES
The AP ICET 2023 application fee for OC and BC candidates is Rs 1200 and for SC, ST, and PH candidates, it is Rs 600.
Thapala Jagadish Kumar Reddy, who scored 169 in the exam this year, earned rank 1 in the AP ICET 2023. With 164 points, Vedantam Sai Venkata Kartik finished in second, and Putluru Rohith was third with 162 points. Boys have secured nine of the top ten positions, while just one girl secured one.
The AP ICET 2023 took place in CBT form on May 24 and 25 at various centers. For the AP ICET 2023, more than 49,000 applicants registered, and 44,343 of them took the test. Candidates will be given ranks in the merit list if they receive 25% of the possible points on the AP ICET 2023. There were 200 questions on the test, worth a total of 200 marks. An annual online entrance exam for admission to MCA and MBA programs is called the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test, or AP ICET.
