  • Issue of Same Sex Marriage and Uniform Civil Code. Although Shah did not say anything on this.
  • The case of abolition of reservation for Muslims in Karnataka.
  • Citizenship Amendment Act issue. It has been talked about holding a detailed meeting in future.

Shah’s silence frustrates Muslims: Delegation
The issue of hate speech by BJP leaders was also raised in the meeting. In response, Shah said that there are all kinds of people but it is not right to see all people through the same lens. He said that the government is not involved in hate speech.

The delegation told Shah that your silence spreads despair among Muslims. On this Shah said that he would look into the matter.
