Police has registered a case against National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) Project Director Anand Dahiya and Gawad Construction Company in connection with the burning of 3 MBBS students alive in a car after an accident in Sonipat, Haryana. It is alleged that they are responsible for all three deaths. Cement barricades were placed in the middle of the national highway and no such arrangement was made to show that the road ahead is closed. Police investigation is continuing regarding the accident.

This is how the accident happened

It has been told that Rohit Gauria, resident of Pulkit, resident of Narnaul, Sandesh resident of Rewari, Narveer Yadav resident of Silarpur, resident of Somveer Dubaldhan and Ankit Hooda resident of Khidwali were doing MBBS in Rohtak PGIMS. They left for Haridwar from Rohtak on Wednesday night in an I-20 car. From the National Highway 334B that goes from Jhajjar to Meerut, they reached Sonipat. Meanwhile, when his car reached near Bahalgarh flyover, it collided with a stone barricade. The car caught fire and Rohit, Pulkit and Sandesh died due to burning alive. Three others were injured.

These are responsible for 3 deaths

Rohit’s father Jaisingh, one of the three prospective doctors who had been the victims of the tragic accident in Sonipat, has blamed NHAI and Gawad Company for all three deaths. In the complaint given to the police, he told that his son’s car collided with the stone barricade in the middle of the road near Bahalgarh on Meerut road. No arrangement like reflector, paint, sign, mark, road die version, blinker light was made on those stones by the responsible officials of NHAI. So that the drivers know that the road ahead is closed and they have to turn.

This is the gross negligence of the project director Anand Dahiya. Due to his negligence, his sons Rohit, Pulkit and Sandesh have died in the accident. His companions Somveer, Narveer Yadav and Ankit Hooda are injured. The road is being constructed by Gavad Company and the company is equally responsible for the accident.

The flyover of the National Highway was closed with a cement barricade.
