Five residents of Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh died of suffocation in Kashmir on Wednesday. The dead include husband-wife and 3 children. The dead bodies of all were found on the bed inside the room. Due to the cold, the family was sleeping with the heater running inside the room. All the doors of the house were closed. The room was also completely closed due to cold.

The deceased have been identified as Majid Ansari (35), wife Shahana (30) and two sons Faizan (7), Abuzar (5) and a newborn baby. The newborn was born at home on Tuesday evening. The family had turned on the heater to save him from the cold. The boy’s family, who live in Bijnor, says, “Only yesterday the son showed the grandson on a video call. We were going to Kashmir to meet him, but are now going to collect his body.”
Majid was doing salon work for 17 years
Majid Ansari, a resident of Mandawali village of Bijnor, was living in Kupwara, Kashmir for 17 years. He used to work in a saloon there. Majid was married in 2015.
These are the children of Majid. He also died due to suffocation.
Dead body can come to Bijnor on Thursday
Majid’s brother Mufti Abdul Wajid said, “When tried to contact the brother, he could not be contacted. After this the relatives talked to some close ones living there, then they went to the spot and saw. After this the incident We have come to know about it. The body is expected to be brought to Bijnor on Thursday. We will also go to Kashmir.
Allah gave a very short life to the grandson
The family members of Majid’s wife told, “We were preparing for the function when the daughter was born a son. We had also bought things to give to the daughter. There was an atmosphere of happiness in the house due to the birth of a son of the daughter, but what I knew this happiness was only for a short time. We had not even seen the grandson yet. Allah gave him a short life. Now we have to see his dead body.
