Yodha Box Office Collection Day 3: Sidharth Malhotra’s Film Sees Growth, Brings In Rs 7 Crore In India

New Delhi: ‘Yodha’, which is directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha, a debutant duo, has been doing rather well at the domestic box office. Sacnilk.com reports that since its release, the action-packed movie has grossed about Rs 17 crore in India.

On day one, the movie earned Rs 4.1 crore, and on day two, Rs 5.75 crore. According to initial estimates, it made Rs 7 crore nett in India on its third day. In India, the movie has made Rs 16.85 crore so far.

The ABP Live review of ‘Yodha’ reads: ‘Yodha’ is a true blue entertainer with its flawless portrayal of a country in the throes of chaos. It gets some brownie points for having a fast-paced narrative that doesn’t slow down after the intermission. This cutting-edge action thriller has some slick action sequences, particularly the hand-to-hand combat scenes, and lightning-fast lens work makes it stand out. The ones performed inside an airplane’s enclosed space are undoubtedly well-choreographed, barring them from feeling overwrought.

Recently, Sidharth Malhotra spoke highly of the movie and said, “Yodha is a completely fictitious story. We have created a new task force – Yodha. So when you create something from zero, then you can take a lot of liberties. We have done many variations that what all Yodha task force will do.”

“And through that, the action I got to perform is very different from ‘Shershaah’. Here I am more energetic, and lean, and use different sorts of weapons. It is a far more commercial and entertaining film. I think it has got my best of action sequences that I have done in last decade or so,” he added.

Raashii Khanna, Disha Patani, and Sidharth Malhotra play major roles In the film ‘Yodha’. In this gripping action thriller, the audience is taken on an exciting rescue mission with Arun Katyal, the commander of the elite Yodha Task Force. Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Shashank Khaitan, and Hiroo Yash Johar are the film’s producers.
