Teams of each group will play against each other and the losing teams will compete in the quarter-final qualifier. Based on those results, the quarter-final fixtures will be decided.
All women’s cricket matches of the 2023 Asian Games will be hosted at the Zhejiang University of Technology Pingfeng Cricket Field in Hangzhou. The gold-medal match is scheduled for September 25.
The Pakistan women’s team won the gold medals at the 2010 and 2014 Asian Games, while Bangladesh became the runners-up on both occasions. Meanwhile, Japan and Sri Lanka secured the bronze medal in 2010 and 2014 respectively.
