In Karnataka’s Davangere, a young man killed a woman in unrequited love. After this he tried to kill himself by consuming poison. His condition is critical. The accused wanted to marry the woman, but she did not agree. CCTV footage of this incident has come to the fore.

It is visible in the CCTV that the woman is on a scooter. Accused Chand comes close to him and attacks him with a knife. After this the young man escapes on his bike.

Police has registered a case against the accused. It is being told that the accused was in love with the deceased woman, Sultana. Wanted to marry her, but the woman was not interested in him.

His family members also did not agree to his request to get married. When Sultana’s marriage was arranged with another man, this enraged Chand and he plotted to murder her. According to the police, Sultana died due to excessive bleeding while Chand Peer is fighting for his life.
