Woman gangraped in Delhi: Friend called to hotel, got drugs, gave cold drinks, 3 accused arrested

The incident of gangrape with a woman has come to light in Delhi. A woman has accused three people of rape. The incident is from a hotel in Adarsh ​​Nagar, North West Delhi. The police have arrested all the three accused.

The woman says that one of the accused Ajay is her friend. The woman has given a statement that Ajay had called her to a hotel on Sunday. Two of his friends were already present in the hotel room. These people offered cold drinks to the woman. After drinking it, she became unconscious, after which the three raped the woman.

All the accused are residents of Rajasthan.
Police said that information about this incident was received through a PCR call on Sunday. The accused who have been arrested include 39-year-old Ajay, 34-year-old Tara Chand and 38-year-old Naresh. All the accused are residents of Alwar district of Rajasthan.

Based on the complaint and the Medico Legal Case Report, the police have registered a case under IPC sections 376D (gang-rape), 377 (unnatural sex) and 328 (feeding poisonous thing with intent to commit offence). The police have collected evidence from the hotel for investigation. It is also being said in many media reports that one of the three arrested accused is in Rajasthan Police.
