More than a thousand widowed mothers played Holi by smearing each other with gulal in the Gopinath temple.

On Monday, widowed mothers played Holi with flowers and gulal at the Gopinath temple in Vrindavan. More than one thousand indigenous and foreign women also reached to participate in it. Foreign tourists said – wonderful, saw such a scene for the first time, felt such joy for the first time. In the courtyard of the Gopinath temple, it rained so much gulal and flowers that a thick layer of it froze on the floor.

This program was organized by Sulabh International. Bindeshwari Pathak, the founder of the organization also participated in this. He said, ‘Earlier when I came, the widowed mothers used to say that they feel like dying. Whereas, now she says that she wants to live.
