As the Ukriane- Russia war entered the seventh day on Wednesday, several haunting images have come out from parts of Ukraine amid the war against Russia.
Meanwhile, facing numerous financial and other sanctions from several countries and organisations, Russia is now trying to take stringent countermeasures. According to Ukrainian media outlet The Kyiv Independent, Russian President Vladimir Putin has now signed a decree prohibiting Russians from leaving the country with more than USD 10,000 in foreign currency.
The move follows the sanctions the US, its allies, the EU, and other nations have imposed on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine.
On the other hand, President of the United States, Joe Biden, today reinforced his support to Ukraine but said that the US won’t be involved in its fight against Russia. He, however, said that his country will protect Nato territories together with its allies.
