A 10-year-old girl was stabbed to death in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. His uncle, father and grandfather carried out the crime. That too just because the girl’s uncle was involved in a rape case. In such a situation, the three accused hatched a conspiracy that if they implicate the rape victim’s husband in a false case of murder, then the rape case could be dropped by creating pressure.
This whole incident is of Madhopur village under Pilibhit’s Amaria police station area. The girl’s name was Anam. She was found suffering in the field on 3 December. There was a deep wound on his stomach. The intestines had come out. There were also injury marks on the face and hands. After suffering for about half an hour, he died in front of the family.
The family accused their relative Shakeel of the murder, but their ploy failed. Police investigation revealed that the child Anam’s father Anees, uncle Shadab and grandfather Shehzade killed her to avenge the enmity.
The names of two more brothers of Anees and Shadab, Salim and Naseem, also cropped up in the conspiracy. After this, the police arrested all the five accused. He has accepted his crime.
The police have arrested her father, three uncles and grandfather for the murder of the girl child. In white jacket is his father and in blue jacket is uncle Shadab.

In the year 2019, Shadab, the uncle of the deceased baby girl Anam, fell in love with a girl living near the village. When the matter reached the marriage, the girl’s family was not ready. Even after saying a lot, when the family did not agree, Shadab eloped with that girl and got married. The girl belonged to the Parsi community. That’s why the girl’s brother Shakeel opposed the marriage. From that day there was enmity between the two families. Meanwhile, Shakeel along with his wife filed a rape case against Shadab.
Recently, a warrant was issued from the court in this matter. After this, Shadab’s family started getting worried to save their son. When Shadab and Dada Shehzade did not understand anything, they conspired to implicate Shakeel in the murder of baby Anam. So that they can pressurize Shakeel to compromise in the rape case against Shadab. They also involved Anees, the father of the child Anam, in this heinous incident.

Father Anees, uncle Shadab and grandfather Shehzade had started planning to kill Anam a month ago. The mastermind behind the murder of the girl child was her uncle Shadab and grandfather. The father also joined him to save his brother. The killers of the girl child believed that the daughter would be born again later, but if the brother went to jail, the family would disintegrate. That’s why the three together brutally killed the 10-year-old innocent. This has been revealed by the accused in the interrogation of the police.
Uncle told the whole incident to the police. He also told how these people together killed Anam.

Accused uncle Shadab told the police, “1 month ago when elder brother got ready for this incident, we started planning to kill Anam. We had tried earlier also, but then she was saved. That’s why we made a stronger plan this time Anam loved to watch the fair. There was a fair in the village. My elder brother had also set up a shop in the fair this time. My father and the princes were all watching at home. We were constantly talking to each other on the phone. Were staying, so that there is no mess.
“In the evening, when I asked Anam to go to the fair, she was happy. I asked her not to tell her brother, we will go to the fair secretly. She agreed. After that I took her out of the house. Called me. We went to the fair on foot. I knew I was going to kill my niece. So I fed her whatever she liked. She was also asked to take some toys, but I didn’t let her. Get it. I knew she would never be able to play with these toys.”
“We reached her father while roaming around the fair. My elder brother had already bought sleeping pills. It was not possible to kill baby Anam without making her unconscious. Also, we found her missing from the fair. Had to show her. I left her with her father and came home and started eating food. Sister-in-law asked me, where is Anam, so I told her to be with brother. There in the fair, my brother gave her juice mixed with sleeping pills Gave her drink. Then started bringing her towards the house. When my niece fainted completely on the way, the brother hid her under a straw kept in a field. After that they again went to the shop.”
“Here at home, when Anam did not return for a long time, we pretended to have kidnapped her. When we called my brother, he also said that I do not have Anam. After that, we together pretended to find her. Got the announcement made from the mosque as well. My father and I did not allow the people of the village and the family to go to the place where Anam was hidden. My brother and I had decided that place.”
“Meanwhile, we talked about giving information to the police as well. We also pretended to call. We even then lied that the police were calling to find Anam in the morning. When it rang, we took everyone back home. We said, after the arrival of the police, we will find her again. We explained to the family that Anam will be found somewhere. When everyone went home, some After a while all three of us came out of the house on the pretext of seeing him.
“The knife was already hidden at some distance from the house to kill Anam. Brother went and pulled Anam out and found her unconscious. My father and I first hit Anam with a stone. Elder brother Anees also tried to kill the daughter. The body was hit with a stone. After that, we opened his jacket so that the knife could go right inside. Anees was about to kill him at first, but then his heart sank.”
The girl was found lying on the field. She was unable to speak due to pain.

“Anam was unconscious, but we thought she was dead. We picked her up and threw her in the wheat field. I picked up her shoe and threw her outside the field. After that we reached home crying and said that Anam Can’t find it anywhere. After some time again went out to search for him.
“Looking for her, we reached the place where we had put her shoe. Seeing the shoe, I shouted out loud – Anam’s shoe was found. Hearing my voice, my elder brother and father also came. The people of the village also reached. When we went inside the field, Anam was found alive. We were scared to see this.”
“My father ran to him. He repeatedly asked him who hit you, who hit you. He also started crying. The villagers told us many times to inform the police, but we did not call. We waited for Anam to die. After suffering for some time, she died. After that we informed the police. As soon as the police arrived, we took Shakeel’s name to implicate him, but even after that, in the police investigation, we People got caught.”

Accused uncle Shadab also says, “The rest of the family did not know anything about this matter. They were unaware of this. Sister-in-law was also not aware of this. She was in shock after Anam’s death. They feel that Anam will come back. It felt bad to see this condition of sister-in-law, but we were also helpless. But we did not know that the family we were trying to save was completely ruined. It has happened. Everyone in the house has come to know the truth after our arrest.”
Baby Anam’s mother was not involved in this conspiracy. After the disclosure of the police, he came to know that his father had killed his daughter.
