In Samastipur, villagers thrashed the robber who robbed him. Its video has also surfaced. In this, the people of the village are seen drowning a miscreant in water and raining sticks from above.
The miscreants ran away while firing
The incident is from Dhamoun village in the border area of Samastipur and Vaishali districts. On Wednesday evening, 3 miscreants were robbing a Community Service Point (CSP) operator near Dhamoun Chimney of Patori police station area. On raising the noise, all three ran away while firing. The villagers chased him, pelting bricks and stones. The miscreants jumped into the waterlogged field to escape, but people caught them and drowned them in the water and started beating them.
On information, the police rescued the miscreants and took them to the hospital. One of them died on Thursday morning. The deceased has been identified as Vikas Kumar of Nayaganj village in Vaishali district. Two other miscreants Pinkesh and Ravi are undergoing treatment.
The three miscreants were admitted to the hospital by the police late on Wednesday evening.
CSP operators were returning home to withdraw cash from the bank
It was told that Santosh Kumar and Prem Kumar, CSP operators of Dhamoun Inayatpur, were returning home after withdrawing Rs 1.50 lakh from Patori SBI at around 5 pm on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the three miscreants sitting in an ambush near Dhamoun Chimney Vishhar wanted to rob them. Patori Police Station President Vikram Acharya told that FIR is being registered against unknown villagers in this case.
The miscreants wanted to run away by firing, but the villagers attacked them with bricks and stones.
