Muslim side said – action should be taken against those who leaked photos and videos
The Muslim side says that everyone knows who got the video-photo. In such a situation, he will also file his objection in the court. They will demand that strict action should be taken against anyone due to which the photo-videos of Gyanvapi campus were leaked.
After the photo-video leak of the Gyanvapi complex, the lawyers of the Hindu side held a press conference and said – the envelopes found by them are still sealed.
Sealed envelopes were found on Monday evening
Sita Sahu, Manju Vyas, Rekha Pathak and Laxmi Devi, who sued Gyanvapi as Ma Shringar Gauri, got the CD of photo-videos related to the survey of Gyanvapi premises in a sealed cover from the court on Monday evening.
Earlier, the four women had given an undertaking in the court that they would not make public the photo-videos related to the survey. The photo-video will be used only for litigation. Shortly after the four women received the envelopes, the photo-videos were leaked and became public through the media.
The Hindu side said – they will return the sealed envelopes received from the court on Tuesday. Along with this, a demand for a high level inquiry into this matter will be made from the court.
Hindu side told conspiracy
The Hindu side claimed by holding a press conference – the photo-video of the Gyanvapi survey has been made viral under conspiracy. All four of our envelopes are still sealed. They haven’t even been opened. We will complain about this matter to the court and will return our envelopes.

Abhay Nath Yadav, the lawyer for the Muslim side, says that the CD of the photo-video related to the Gyanvapi survey has been taken from the court by the Hindu side. The respondent party has not taken the video-photo CD. The possibility of misuse of photo-videos on our part was already raised.
In Gyanvapi case, the plaintiff is not finding any proper answer to the arguments being presented by us in the court. That’s why the video is being made viral to confuse the common man. A bigger conspiracy behind this cannot be denied. Leaking the video of the survey is a gross violation of the order of the court. We will put our objection in the court on this issue and demand action against the culprits.
Hearing on the application of Vishwa Vaidik Sanatan Sangh chief Jitendra Singh Visen will be held in the court of Special CJM today.
Visen’s application will be heard today
Today, the special CJM’s court will hear the application of Jitendra Singh Visen, the head of the Vishwa Vaidik Sanatan Sangh. Jitendra Singh Visen alleges that the structure of the temple of Kashi Vishweshwar at Gyanvapi complex is being damaged by the Anjuman Intejamiya Masajid Committee and their followers. Therefore, action should be taken by registering a case against SM Yasin, the Joint Secretary of the Masajid Committee.
This photo was leaked after the Vadini women received the sealed report of the survey of the Gyanvapi campus. The Hindu side claims that this stone structure found in the Vazukhana of Gyanvapi is a Shivling.
In two cases, 4th and 8th July is the next date.
On Monday, the Muslim side presented its arguments for two hours on the issue of whether Maa Shringar Gauri’s case is worth hearing or not. The court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh has fixed July 4 as the next date for hearing the case.
At the same time, fast track court Mahendra Kumar Pandey’s court has fixed July 8 for the hearing of the case related to the worship of the alleged Shivling found in the Gyanvapi complex and banning the entry of Muslims there. Let us tell you that during the summer holidays (from 1 to 30 June) civil cases are not heard.
