A video of a dog being caught and taken away in Himachal Pradesh has surfaced. Leopard has created a lot of panic these days in Panchayat Duhal Bangwala of Chintpurni assembly constituency of Una district. Villagers living in the shadow of fear say that in the last few days many domesticated animals have been hunted by the leopard.
Recently a leopard was released in the forest
A leopard took away a pet dog from a house in broad daylight. This incident was captured in the CCTV installed in that house, seeing which panic has spread among the people. Recently, the leopard trapped in Kadakki in Bangarh of Una district was rescued by the forest department, treated and released in the forests of Bharwain.
Forest officer ordered to install cage
People suspect that it is the same leopard, whereas when asked by Dainik Bhaskar, Range Officer Bharwai Girdhari Lal told that there are already 3 or 4 leopards in the forest of Bharwai. It is not that panther, because that panther is recovering. Orders have been issued to install a cage to catch the leopard, soon the leopard will be caught.
